What Is Feeling centered bodywork?

Feeling Centered Bodywork uses a blend of physical healing techniques - including myofascial release and craniosacral therapy - to help reduce physical tension, stiffness, and pain in the body, allowing the body and nervous system to relax. In a relaxed state the body and mind are able to heal faster. Feeling Centered Bodywork also integrates therapeutic modalities – including visualization, meditation, and Internal Family Systems – to discover and transform emotions and stress patterns held in the body.


Myofascial Release

Myofascial release is a gentle technique that uses light touch to release tension and restrictions in the muscles and fascia (connective tissue).

CranioSacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is a very gentle technique that uses sustained light touch, often at the head, to restore the deep natural rhythms of the body. It calms the nervous system and promotes deep relaxation throughout the body.

Internal Family Systems

IFS is a psychotherapy modality that understands that we all have different sides of ourselves and that the mind is comprised of many different parts that each contribute to different facets of our personalities. IFS restores balance among our many parts.
